Taxi Insurance cover how many pax?

  Insurance should covers 4 paxs only. Child /infant below 1.35m is consider a pax too cover under the insurance.

  Why we are taught 3 children equivalment to 2 adults?  Is this apply to the insurance coverage too?

  Covered as long as below 1.3m and age below 12yo. This is the coverage insurance bought up to taxi companies, taxi company must follow as it is also a LTA regulation that insurance companies follow. Same goes to bus and pick up..there is a limit of nos you can ferry

  Question is the number of pax. 1.3m and age below 12yo. also a pax. Will the insurance cover 3 adults and 2x(1.3m and age below 12yo) paxs or 2 adults and  3x(1.3m and age below 12yo) paxs？

  I was told by someone that the insurance only covers 4 paxs, whether it is adult or child, same number.

  Yes, the insurance cover 4 paxs, but when the rules said and defined 2 childs of 1.3m and age below 12yo is consider as 1 pax, that mean you are safe and soundly insured Yes, with 3 adults and 2 kids below 1.35m and 12yo, it is covered.
