  Advice them to walk in, and drop them off at vivo city. Else, they have to pay.

  Tell them it's cheaper to get off at vivo city. And you can get other customers at the taxi stand there.

  Will be best if you tell them upfront at the start of the trip about the charge, if they wanted you to drive in.
