From my point of view , LTA should take over the call booking n cashless system. So that there won't be too much apps in singapore. 1 number n 1 apps can book all taxi in singapore. Easy for TD n passenger.

LTA not IDA why use IT system. not scientist cannot applied science. Not bus campany why run bus services p&l? Not call centre but can use system to improve taxi services which is lta roles and responsibility.lta dont know how to outsource? What they do is "Disable" the PTE Booking function in your MDT La.

The most simple way is spend $40

Taxi mentality mah, if dun Q, they feel like no team work mah, Sometimes at the Q at T3, I boring, so throw some biscuit to a few birds nearby, then you see all the birds fly all the way from even trees of T1 to T2 to snatch the bits and pieces, some get the foods, some dun, but later all just fly off. As I look, I begin to understand that airport birds work like Singapore taxi drivers, airport adminstrator just click 11 planes landing on T1 only, you see the taxi zooming into T1, some from T2 n T3 also join in, got foods or not nevermind, as long as got join in...later can bullshit to others airport si bei ho tan..
