Loser TD spotted

Driving into taxi stand..lansai driver from the back see pax with luggage..speed and cut 2 lanes to go into the stand before me.
Me want to drv off but his lansai veh angle block me..
Then a while..still dun move off. Pax come out face black black and come into my taxi..
Then I ask what happen...why the uncle dun take you..
Pax say driver told her..u not go ap, carry luggage for what..
I no cam...else I upload video and pic...

Carry luggage must go AP meh??? Cannot go Golden Mile meh??I think the TD not only a loser, but also a very naive and stupid thinking TD...

Really lan sai, this type of TD. Spoil the image of the taxi industry. Should take a pic and complain to LTA lah. What a loser!
Just witness a few TDs "interviewing" pax along a road in SengKang before driving off without them. The other day, a pax told me very hard to get taxis, 7,8 taxis she flagged all said change shift. Time 8.30pm at near Mustafa.... really lan sai TDs wanting to take a free ride into CBD to earn that $3 surcharge. If don;t want to take, why stop and ask?
No wonder pax don't have good impression of cabbies in Singapore. Then in turn they also become lan sai pax...

Dont say liao. Got one black cab this morning also, infront got pax no put signal light, Jam break and stop and i almost want to bang into his backside. Almost want to overtake and show him 3rd finger.!#%!% old TD uncle, nabei.

lansai pax and lansai cabby...fair mah..lols. Experiences will tell you, going to AP seldom board taxi at MRT one lah, most will be on calls, like those ang mo chu (pte housing), call most likely will go AP, because they got car why must call taxi, tio bo? sure going oversea mah, and mostly good pax, wu show one hor. Then again, luggage wise also must got some standard, the pax wearing is also more nicer, some with jackets, the moods are happier...limpek go tour or back to homeland not happy meh?? Ask yourself, if you r going to A, would you drag yr luggage to MRT taxi stand??? Unless u cheapo pax, dun want to call taxi

Last night 2000H, I change shift plying along Serangoon Rd (little india), I wind down window and kept telling them my destination...
A couple : Uncle, Magazine Rd.
Me: Not on the way.
Couple: Wah, taxi can chose pax meh...
Me: Hello, me changing shift, can't you see? or you can't read... Magazine Rd, who dunno to go? CBD area leh...
So how you define these type of paxs???
Some TD are really trying to help out to send those who are on the way to their change shift location... I could easily just put busy and go back ....
Are you saying all paxs do not have good impression on TDs or only your assumption???

i agree with diablo way of saying. You cannot assume all TDs are bad, just that when TD starts to interview, 9 out of 10 pax think TDs really lansai. But actual fact, display says everything.

That is why I said many time, changing shift using roof top is not the way to go, it is still green, in fact, using old method of red plate on window much better, paxs understand better...my suggestion to LTA and those knnccb taxi companies is for Changing Shift...roof top must not be green or red, should be another color, maybe Yellow or Orange, and plse plse educate the public, then you will not see such thing happening, to pax...anything green is for Hire.. -

Sometimes I put "busy", pax also flag....some just don't care lah...see taxi, just flag. Even "hired" sign, they also flag. Because they have experienced before. TD put "busy", but still stop and pick them.
And not necessarily TD fault. Sometimes put busy but forget to change back to For Hire..
And some like our bro CT. LED sign cock up. Everything also green colour...

My TDVL refresher course instructor has given a very good golden advise when changing shift, it can prevent you from getting into trouble -
"if you need to change shift, just go and change shift"

You must understand your Singapore paxs characters mah, like it or not, most hate taxi drivers but cannot live without taxi, understand bo? Actually I wanted to say, change shift, go change shift lah, pick smlj, but that might hurt you more, so I suggest a different type of changing shift and at the same time, the public paxs must be educated on it. However, if you at changing shift and yet wanted to pick some pax on the way, is also not bad, it help to clear pax in need and also help yourself in not wasting fuel and earning abit more....but you must be prepare for sarcastic remarks when you reject others....like me...whatever you f or poke at me...I dun give a damn and drive on...afterall, ...$15 still in pocket

If I am in yr class, I will challenge that golden advise. 1. why change shift cannot pick pax? 2. why is there trouble? and what big trouble beside getting criticised 3. If putting up change shift with a destination, and advise not to pick anyone, then put change shift and location for fark,..might as well put BUSY -

Problem is some TDs abuse the change shift system and use it to choose and pick pax. For example they want to free ride into City or at least nearby, so they interview pax lah. Genuinely change shift ok but many pax don't understand even if it is genuine case because there are many bad TDs abusing the system.
The change shift system needs to be changed!

It is not an abuse but rather a geniune case of smart driving, you cannot condemn TD for abusing a system not well set for them and pax. Just like many pax also abuse the call system, TD also lan lan..all because the farking system set up by those farking scholars are not anti abuse proof, blame who?? the most kan cheng hu lor
