[Stomp] How on earth did this taxi end up in this position in a building in Tai Seng?
Stomper Rachel and her colleague saw a taxi that had landed in an almost upright position after driving off a ledge in a building in the Tai Seng area yesterday (Aug 27).
The Stomper said nobody was injured, and that the tow truck was already on its way when she spotted the unusual incident.
The Stomper said:
"At around 12 noon yesterday (Aug 27), I saw this taxi that had ended up in this position. This was at a building at 29 Tai Seng Avenue.
"My colleague and I asked an uncle who was there at the scene and he told us that the driver had mistakenly thought there was a ramp ahead.
"The ramp is, however, only placed at a corner of the building.
"Thus, the taxi literally took a dive down and landed in an almost upright position.
"Nobody was injured and a tow truck was also on its way by then."
