solution is to invest a pair of google glass. it can link to internet and a instant take a picture or video by telling it. not cheap but it worth the time and money. no joking. i am think of buying one.

it depends on how busy they are when you call them, and the situation you put it to the one who answer call at 999, they seams to give first priority to those who need them more, there was once i call them at thomson road around midnight when i have problem with pax, less than 5mins arrive liao...... somemore the way they settle it quite pro....
