  If time is due for u to pay & it so happens GE is next month,definitely will appeal, rejected,see MP at meet the session to re-appeal will hv good chance. So do not waste the opportunity Capitalised on it. ONly kong kai will keep quiet n just pay .

  To effectively challenge a summon in Singapore is to pay for it, case close, lesson learnt and life goes on..and also keep driving
