Allowance of +10kmh for speeding.

Is it an unwritten rule in Spore that if exceed speed limit by up to max of 10kmh ,u will not be summoned ?

60-65 km/h is ok for a 60 zone. but if you kai si then very simple drive like SAF truck even on express way at 50km/h whole day every day. people complain just ask them to complain to LTA lor nothing wrong. by the way all school zone and HDB roads are 50km/h. There are TP catching drivers at school zones during school hours. and the points is higher then normal t p offends.

i agree with this narrow allowance, but i asked a traffic police officer before, in real life, no such allowance

My other relief damn sway.... 4 points for speeding (AYE towards Tuas) in July, 6 points on National Day for dangerous driving.... Another don't know how many points for speeding a week before NDP...
At the rate he's going, what CT mentioned is going to happen to him....

Mind to share anyone who got fine on just 10km/h in excess of speed limit ? E.g speed limit 90km/hr. Anyone got fine on 100km/h ? or at 105km/h ? So far what i heard is 110km/h onward..

91kmh on speed limit of 80kmh.
4 points fine 130.
Same road using different car clocked 89kmh, warning as owner have clean record.

Any speed above the +10 of the speed limit regulated, you get fined and point deduction. Below it, you will get a warning letter and within the one year period, if you commit another one again, then full summon and dermit point with no appeal granted. eg speed limit is 90km/h, you get shot at 99km/hr, you get first warning

No lah, I was photo shooted at telok blangah at 81km on a 70km/h limit, only get warning. That place last time got one siao lang took a silver skoda like my ex chief type and ram into the wall at the junction. Becareful there, many cb ninja on bridges

I just talked to some LTA official at the sin ming kopitiam this morning, they told me, on highway (expressway) it is a + 10km, on heartland it is 10% of the speed limit, because if heartland give 10km extra, that will be very fast. Then they told me, their paid increased alot this year average 8 to 12%, that is why, LTA and traffic police are now very on the balls. Of course lah, paid increased liao, better mood mah, more energised, and work more diligently.,..no wonder so many of them so on the ball now...phuixxxx

second best is to take + 10% of the speed limit loh...
Third best is to take + 10km/h of the spped limit?
Lagi best is just chiong all the way and get suspended... rest for a period of time to recharge battery....
