Singapore SAF got lots of paper general, and most of our PAP politicians arrived from there, so in term of attending parade, oversea trips, dine and wine. Back to the 2 hirers system, in humanology, you simply cannot put 2 people in charge of one thing, it will go heywire,...there is never a 2 jasmine, 2 bowah, or 2 managers controlling and doing the same job. In a corporate society, even at different levels, there lies deep politics, backstabbing, car scratching, never see eye ball to eye ball. By putting 2 hirers to share a cab, can only works if these 2 are of the same attitude, principles and characteristics. For that matter, where humanology is concern, there is no such identitical characteristics, not even twin.

(they never tell you, each hirer might be paying $5 extra for rental)
3) If Taxi is under repair, "priority" to get a replacement. No guarantee, no will still give you priority
4) Those under "train and place" scheme, can join this scheme but got to be a single hirer within 6 mths to enjoy the tranning allowance.
