If ply no pax or pax Kenna snatch , just go toilet pee pee and break the trend
Sometime driving at night will sure meet with some kui, whether real hantu, or jiu kui, kiao kui, ham sup kui or whatever kui, come down from your taxi, walk around it 3 times, if it doesnt work, stomp your right foot 3 times, this will built up your Yang energy

No lah, if not luck..go toilet, after pee, 2 method apply 1. put yr underwear in your front pocket 2. wear yr underwear in reverse There is also a 3rd method...I think my bro CT taught us...go buy a red underwear with a Big HUAT

I think I need to work out an algorithm : If landed in A, then do this. If time is B, then do this. If landed in area A with time B, then do this, etc, etc
Maybe this could be a hot app to create for TDs - where to go next in order to maximise earnings, lol.
Imagine, 26,000 TDs buy this app, pays $3 per month for updates, huat ah..... but if everybody go same place same time then sial liao lah...

luckycabby u siao on ah. you drive teksi until ki siao is it. If today's earnings no good, keep teksi and rest early. Next day is a brand new day.
Dont tell me next time when i on the road, i heard pax saying got 1 funny uncle wear red g-string on top of his head while picking them up.

Talking abt electronic bill board, knn...buay kan one,..that while ferrying pax from NUH to changi airport, the pax saw the board and said, Uncle, 7 minutes can reach changi airport, why you tell us 20 minutes...u see the board...limpek took a glance and saw 7 minutes...phuixxx neymar chao hai... yesterday also T2...plane Arrival 100...wow!!!?? cork up

He was alone inside a taxi travelling from TOA Payoh to City Hall. 5 min before reaching destination,called his wife giving particulars of the taxi nr,colour and co. On arrival,he told taxi uncle not to stop meter,let it run,he alighted,his wife boarded the same taxi going back to TP. If uncle obliged,it means he was robbed of start up fares & cbd charges. Will LTA & taxi co take action on this poor uncle for refusing to take pax order,that is to say,stop meter,restart taximeter, and also charge cbd ?

He everything also gian one,...as long as got pax, top red Hired sign, he happy liao. And then once a while, he will come and ask some unique question, some stupid ones, but some are really out of the blue question that we never realise ourselves, as said, many heads thinking is better than one lj head thinking...and I appreciate his contribution and at times, enlight us with his unique question.

i have been trying a km = to $1 method, not easy to achieve.
i also realised any trip more than 10km, u get lesser for the above 1km = $1 method

To achieve 1km=$1, u need to ply during peak periods, Q at CBD area, take peak hr calls and most important, got 13 quality paxs. For those non peak period including weekends, no matter how u drive or that you get pax up and down, in and out, you can hardly achieve it. But if you are driving hybrid cabs, no problem, CNG and petrol driven, different story altogether

Tested a few ways and found that going to AP empty is a bad idea even if you are nearby. Whenever I do that, lousy takings unless very lucky. Too many TDs got no better idea, always go there and queue long long.
For night peak hour, just cheong back to the core, that is CBD area. Or try to take as many call bookings as possible. Seems to work better.
After midnight, probably only night spots and 24 hr eating places and cinemas or queue at office buildings in CBD or well known office areas. Lots of people work OT and need us to ferry them home safely ....

Finally sum up my courage and took a dive into this trade. Started my virgin trip on 8/9/14 and with comfort relief night shift 5pm-5am. Past 4 nights have average about 90 nett after deducting overheads and rental. I keep around 2am normally as i see more taxi otr and taxi queue everywhere after midnight. I have tried to take some booking also. My only break is petrol kiosk for toilet only. haha. Just like to ask seniors if i am doing ok? Thanks for advice.

you shld nett 100 around 10 or 11pm. get ard $30 per hour. especially you OTR from 5pm.

but dont worry, just started out is like that one.
You took your sweet time to drive? it's good. no stress. As long as you set your initial target for now, and the next few months u increase slowly, wont have any issue.
