wow from over head bridge now hidden under the bridge don't scare dengue fever or accident ???? it stupid and danger to deploy there for that TP officer. sitting on the bridge will be better. year ending must make more money for the department.

Good that you never mentioned about army night camera. So you argeed that this is not used in speed limit camera.
When a flash happen, it means that it is not bright enough to take clear picture.
When a speed limit camera flash in the night, it means that a vehicle has exceeded the speed limit set and the camera will take picture of the vehicle such that TP can see the vehice number to summon the driver.
So flash is not pre emptive measure, the speed limit camera already detected a vehicle exceed the speed limit and take the appropriate action so that TP can summon the drive. No flash required in daylight.
Hence, at night, whether the speed camera flash, tell you whether the speed camera detected a vehicle exceet the speed limit.
In summary, no flash at night, no worry.

But becareful thunder flash..at nite also flash, people like me who are not so decent, scare thunder one...so are many taxi drivers, once rain and thunder only, all go home or go kopitiam TCSS liao... Once a raining day, while I stop and drink kopi at end of potong pasir... a pax came and asked me ...Uncle, can drive me and my husband to Orchard..., I told her, wait for rain to stop, she then asked angrily, why raining cannot drive ar?? why all taxi drivers like this one leh?? So, I calmly told her, because alot of TDs did a alot of bad thing in their life, scare thunder strike on them, so better rest and wait...no worth driving.
