  Follow market rate to sell, a lot of people are queueing.....

  Every country club membership in SG limited slot only hor and there's a lot of rich and no place to spent money type of people waiting to buy hor.....

  U seriously got bigger problem, last time club membership went up to 200k, today is 30 to 80k, you lose until pant drop. Many club today give other offer like 1 or 2 years contract, because people do not wish to committ to life or 10 to 20 years members, so there are club offering 2k per year so that you and family can enjoy the facilities like gyms, pool, social and many other perks beside golf. Now why clubs had become less trendy and attractive, because, many peoples including some here are living in luxury condo that private all these facilities except maybe just golf, so why go spend 50k to 60k for a club..tio bo. And for men, the authority had been raiding club for illegal prositution which these men had enjoyed in the past, so now, no hanky panky but just plain golf, no shiok, all prefer to go overseas with cheaper golfing and yet can hanky panky and yet, without gf or wife around...UNDERSTAND BO
