when 4 green lanterns stop at junction, got immediate pax take liao, still take what call? later have to join airport long queque of taxis or empty all the way out..... unless jurong to airport then different lah.....
now i see less tds interview liao...... biz is no longer as good as your LAST TIME.......

Just an analogy, If you start a chicken rice stall on a coffee shop, but there is already a very big stall This opposite, what will you do to compete with him? This big stall is very strict with his employees, go laws by laws with them, other than that, it is a stable job, many of it former employees resigned or get sacked because of the strict enviroment that allow no nonsense and appealing. So you as the new chicken stall owner, you see that you can get all these former employees' of the big stall, but you need to pay them more so as to entice more to join you and compete with the big stall. That is basically cdg and TC. As bowah said "in life, to be first at time is stressful and painful, cos the second one behind can see yr rear and counteract yr move anytime"

But as you progress, you find that cost of operating is eating yr profit more and more..so you decided to cut cost at the last moment, like forcing driver to pay full insurance and so on for minor accident, or increase gas prices to get back the incentive given out. And that is why, no matter how you look at it, Taxi companies had all planned out to cheat, cheat and cheat TDs. Otherwise, how they can make ten of millions per year? And the way to cheat is either upfront or latter, cdg being the former and TC the later

rubbish bin - collector of rubbish from others
rubbish - bad pay master, accident king, complaint magnet.....etc
all these do not help in any way to grow the business, so inorder to maximize those rubbish worth........ is to cheat them.
but for those non rubbish to join this rubbish bin, you will be treated as another rubbish

Like it or not, cdg use to be a training centre for drivers, cos after cdg, most get their experiences and move on to other companies, as such these drivers could be rubbish for cdg, but a gem for other companies in term of experiences and the know how to pick, when to pick, where to grab and what to pick..
