Micro manage taxi call booking alloted to certain drivers ?

Can taxi co,like CDG,SMRT and 3rd party Grab Taxi,Easy Taxi pass booking jobs to certain vehicle nr/drivers despite the fact u hv the fastest fingers. Under normal ,clean, fair practices,they all ay FASTEST FINGERS get the job,but I doubt. Any reasons for not adhering to fair practices.

Give you an example
One day, while waiting at a hot spot, at a hot timing
I saw my desired destination and accpeted the call
Within secs, the call was cancelled,
then the call centre call me
"Mr x, can you pick up a VIP at x going to x (my desired location)"
If you decline they will poloso you , blah blah blah (treat you like king)
From the above senerio, NON VIP callers are left high to dry

Then there's this thing told to me by a lao jiao hirer (unverified, cos i did not do it)
If you buy kopi, curry puffs, and offer to send to call centre aunties after their mid nite shift
Even if at midnite if you are in Tuas also can get calls to Changi !

CDG call centre is out of bound to all TD.....
Either your friend got friend working inside or maybe his wife is working inside.....

The companies will not release how their booking system are operated and just tell us the nearby taxis will get the job...
As for CDG, if u want more booking..get i40/merz...this is wat CDG want..pay higher rental.

Heard said that CDG allot bookings in this order : New MB older type of MB i40 Sonaata last is sampan if u (on Sonaaata or i40) get the job,immediately it said job cancelled,it was passed to the one in front of u in the line of priority as stated above. In this case faster or fastest finger also can not get the job. If this preached policy of faster finger gets the job(CDG always said so) is tempered w.more frustrated CDG will take Grabtaxi & Easy taxi on call jobs,ignore cdg called jobs. .
