Under the new PDPA (Data protection laws) regulations, cdg must take note that they cannot anyhow give away their cabbies data to others, the penalty is at max 1 million dollars, hopefully, cdg dun play play with drivers data hor

Now CDG provides pax the mobile number of drivers when ON CALL.... One option is to buy a top up sim card ... and use it to register with CDG -
Ya lah. Give number better mah. If not sometimes pax want to change timing difficult to get the driver. No big deal leh.

For current calls during peak hrs I don't call pax
just press no show n take the next call
unless kena stuck at ulu place like tuas then call pax
even for adv bking also I won't call bcoz pax know our hp no
if they late sure call to inform wan
I think during peak hrs we should not waste time
press no show n fly to next pax liao
i still prefer pax call me rather than I call them
if station at hot place during peak hrs no need worry abt calls la
plenty to choose with destination
where got time to call pax

You all must remember Cdg is on the stock market, there is a different between a public and private business. Similarity is that both need to make profit first, no question about that...however cdg needs hold and promote their brand. Branding is important to uphold it public image, other like TC, silver and so on..no need so much branding, so got more time to care for TD..but also cheat, cheat and cheat TD -

One senior once told me this. Peak period, the earlier u start meter the faster $ come in. U travel to take jobs, max timing u lost is about 8mins. There's also no show risk. So while u drive towards pax destination, your mind should standby you your next possible pax location already

CDG sinking liao .... now is grabtaxi and easytaxi 的世界.......easy easy 12 to 18 calls one day .... funny i cannot find the thread on grabtaxi apps..... CDG can remove all their buttons la haha also cannot gain back the share they lose to grabtaxi haha...... my comfort friend everyday kpkb to me say call drop alot ... i tell them if drop then come transcab la ...a few coming over liao... they also fed up , call drop still must see their face.
grabtaxi if you know to play easy 12 calls minumum.... no need CDG, transcab also can

hahaha my friend ... i saw you post grabtaxi incentive leh .... alamak now you ask me? hahaha...... now i not so care about incentive la.... every day i aim 12 calls sure can get .... end day got 18 calls plus many tips .... got one time i take grabtaxi call remark put $12 tip.... take la... end trip pax give me more... coz i talk a lot la haha.
Dont tell any1 la friend but i take grabtaxi $488 2 times and easytaxi $1000 1 time, take photo with easytaxi boss hahaha.

As long said, apps do help taxi driver and paxs, the more the merrier. Cdg will eventually hv to find a way to hold back their hirer, but as cdg driver, you do hv the option to grab or take calls with MDT, meaning if really got 15 calls to grab and 8 MDT calls to take on average, Wow, u do not need to pick and Q liao. In another words, apps will not take away MDT calls, but it is a substitute of those private radio call centres using smlj walkies, which I had initially posted will be off the street of Singapore by 2015

So for other color cabs, apps do help them..then keep it to yourself unless there is a promotion of recommending 5 driver to join, you get a LCDTV. As for cdg, you got the luxury of both, MDT calls and apps, you can serve both, MDT first, apps second, that will give you a better position in calls. But whatever it is, you earn, you keep it to yourself, only when OBK that time, then make noises, when one keep saying that he net only $50 per day, not much calls and rental is high, one is a smart taxi driver, when one keep saying he one day net $400, many calls, and rental is moderate, than one is a stupid taxi driver.
