[路边社] CDG new MDT program, No more private booking button

阿å�Žï¼Œå�¬è¯´ä½ ä»¬ä¸ºäº†æ ¹é™¤åº·ç¦�师傅滥用 Private Booking 的项目，
决定把现有的 MDT ä¸çš„æŸ�些功能去除掉。在新的MDT程åº�ä¸ï¼Œ 康ç¦�的师傅å�ªæœ‰åœ¨æŽ¥æ”¶ CDG çš„ Call时， 收æ�®ä¸Šé�¢æ‰�有 Call Charge，其它形å¼�çš„ Private Bookingï¼Œæ— æ³•åœ¨æ”¶æ�®ä¸Šæ˜¾ç¤º Call Charge。
Hearsay, CDG is going to upgrade all the current MDT version to a new version
In this new version, Cabby wouldn't be able to have any Private Booking function,
even you arranged you own Private Booking with Pax,
But the CDG official receipt can't display any Call Charge item.The official receipt ONLY display Call Charge when there is a CDG official call.
Other like Beach Road, Lake View, GRAB Taxi, Easy Taxi etc booking will no more consider as Private Booking and No Call Charge item will display on CDG official receipt.
So, for those Pax that need an official receipt with call charge, ONLY can call CDG.

Actually, this is top management decision, I try to object it, but got no support. Ironically, taxi and MDT belongs to taxi company, they hv the right to change and adapt to condition change, as hirer, one must follow and agree on the terms and conditons. Cdg spent so much on call management, from hardware to software to humanware, they die die must ensure it function within the rules and regulations, as the managements in call centre rightly put it, "there is no reason for you, to buy a good oven and let other bake cake on it". However, Hirers are consider small businessman, no oblige to company payroll and it profit, this line is still very vague in a sense that, as a Hirer, I pay the rental, you, as a company, agreed to rent out with certain terms and conditions agreed upon by the hirer . Yet I cannot perform my entrepreneurship as a businessman within the context of business involving ferrying paxs around singapore. So, the arguement here is, am I your as a freelance hirer, whereby I paid my rental promptly, followed LTA regulations and appearance rules as stimulated by the company, why then, I cannot increase my profit as a hirer in a legal means.

tats y now chut this pattern to tackle their competitors

Can customer buy from Starhub but get a Singtel reciept?
It is a misinterpretation of service rendered.
CDG can also add this new ruling, hirer are not allow to provide Taxi Service job appoint by others Company
It is just like wearing a CoCa Cola uniform selling Pepsi, putting up a Singtel signboard selling M1 services
Can consider as a breach of brand representation
you all know lar, Taxi Drive sibuey ho hang one....... come out a little ruling with a little "legal" term.... can scare the hell out of them liao. Moreover, who got money to consult a lawer.

They are not a CUSTOMER to us
They are a BUSINESS PARTNER
Customer - someone who is PAYING for our service/product. does not recieve any form of PROFIT from our services/product
Business Partner - someone who is also PAYING, but it is a fees for the use of our infrastructure, our brands to commence a Business.
eg. A relief driver is a Customer or a Business Partner to a hirer?
can the relief do what he like and at the expenses of the hirer?

y not put it this way :
I rent the cab from company...I pay rental promptly...I earn from fetching pax thru booking...who give me booking job i take and i receive the exact amt from the meter...is this illegal? If no earning, how to maintain livinghood n pay the rental?
After midnite, not even 1 CDG booking at all...so if dun get booking from other ways, how to survive? so whose fault is this? TD fault again?
Ask CDG this question 1st : can u support all the fleets with enough booking job daily so that all r happy to take ur booking other than Grab or Easy? If not...then dun do all this stupid stunt to cut our earnings....

Can, relief like me sometime just put the key on the key hole and write a memo, FARK YOU, then walk off. -
You see, cdg is looking for an exclusive business, meaning, they want a business solely by themselve to operate, just like any brand, they must protect their exclusvie rights. You all must bear in mind that CDG is only doing it to their own machine (asset) and IT system, it is their right to protect their brand and business. CDG DID NOT SAID YOU CANNOT TAKE THird Party call!. This have to be clear. How you want to produce a receipt from a third party call like grabtaxi or easytaxis is up to individual, you can use grab receipt on add on surcharges, but whatever happen, will not be cdg problem. Like you anyhow add surcharges can end up those companies auditor or finance dept calling up cdg that cdg driver overcharge pax. You understand the implication??? So cdg just want to exclude themselve from all this nonsense and concentrate on their business, and they did not said you cannot do this and that, it is then, up to you

not only that ... I juz attended the cdg MDT course last Saturday. The instructor told us that we are not allowed to use 3rd party apps to get booking. if kena caught ... we will be penalized.

Instructor is instructor, CDG do not publicise it, instructor only act on fear factor of newbies and those taking refresher, they are instructed to instill fear factor into cabbies. In the laws, cab belong to company, Hp belongs to you...you go figure it out

Given if I am the instructor, I would also said, no waiting at pacific mansion allowed, no putting of third party diesel allowed, no outside maintenance or repair allowed...and no call of bak bak allowed (so that I got more chances) What imply here is no third party is allow to use cdg MDT, not you cannot accept 3rd party calls. you got to get that right, he is teaching about MDT, not the way you do your business
