in sg, follow sg culture. if u tink take longer route, here the receipt u go complain. if dont know which route, just follow gps. if dont pay full amount of taxi fares, go police station.

In TD context, you must know your pax even it is with you for 5 minutes, you need to use yr 6 sense to identify them, from their dressing, body language, talks and movement, you can handle them better, of course we are not going to talk about holding customer back, as TD, most of the time, we only see a pax once in our driving taxi time.

every driver have their own ways of handling difficult pax.....as for me...i will ask her to pay the full fare...anytik not happy...just call my company...

Go by MCE also will tio ERP hor.....
Nowadays not like last time, AYE/Keppel Rd hor.....
Must go in Central Boulevard via AYE, tio ERP, than can go in MCE hor.....
Arbo, how MIW can collect back the money for building MCE?.....

Yalor, even how wrong u are, as long u manage to bring her or him to the destination, it is consider service rendered, there must be a payment, either a discount or base on pax regular trip fares (which also must be reasonable). -
Because not collecting fares or giving free trip upon reaching destination can become a weak point for us and at the same time, a way to create a chance/norm for these cheapo pax to explore more free trips on other taxi drivers, like my pax once said, you go wrong way, last time, one cabby go wrong way, he apologised and give me free trip. I told him this time better, free trip + police station. However, I hav to say that if you did not reach the destination required by pax, then it is consider no service, and in that case, pax can demand no fare
