Usually @ night, wear less less...must see face also. My instinct always no wrong one la. so usually lock all the doors and interview if intend to pick haha.

Well, I just searched "天安门 Singapore" on Google and found this "æ–°åŠ å�¡å¤©å®‰é—¨å¤œæ€»ä¼š" place and saw this "Havelock Rd" address.

this type i have taken before ask u make one illegal u turn at jln sultan then all the way down victoria street.when told her cannot make u turn,she says every td do that!

Evening peak, very hard to escape ERP, unless u go by MCE, which longer, best will be CTE..outram exit U turn back, but may kenna one ERP at CTE. Knnccb, these chickens all earn few thousands per mth more than us, take taxi also kpkb..dun take lor, go golden mile pick thai kok bu better

I took this route.
Beach rd turn right to Rochor Rd, Rochor up to Newton Circus, then Scotts Rd all the way straight to Kim Send then Havelock rd - u-turn to their HEAVEN...
The moment reached Newton Circus (roundabout), she said seems like longer route, and pointed the road Clemenceau North where the taxi she took used that road.
I kept quiet as we were stuck in jam. Once we reached Newton Circus MRT taxi stand, I stopped and ask her to take another cab as I told her I don't know how to go.
She kept quiet and said that a lot of TD took them as fools and purposely took longer routes and she want to reason it only.
I told her not all TD (only some or minority) are like that and I continue the trip.
At Kim Seng and turn left to Havelock and the moment I u-turn, she say the other taxi came from that direction (Havelock to Alexandera) and that I took the longer route.
I proceed to Tian An Men, stopped and ask her to get off and and told her free trip.. I told her not all TD are out to cheat PRC, we (some TD) can even afford to do free trip
To my surprise, she ask me how much should she pay. But still I told her to get off the taxi.
I still haven't off the metre, and she placed $12 on the gear (not throw hor)..But she did not add the 25% surcharge.
I then move on......

In this case, I felt that she's not a really cheapo type of paxs. Just very ultra defensive as she thinks all TD are out to cheat them (PRC).
She got just get off without paying any when i ask her to get off (free ride), but she still insist to pay, although less 25% lah, I presume she really don't know and very new to Singapore....

Another route that I tot of is MCE to Keppel Rd to Outram Rd then Zion Rd.
But I think should be longer than the route I took.

It is a culture problem, PRC making noises is normal in their country, but the heart do not mean it, sometime, we TDs are making our own assumption that pax are not happy, pax not satisfy, pax bay song..but in reality, we face lots of foreigners here, imagine 2 millions are here, from pinoys to indo to PRC to mynamar and so on, that is one unique thing about Singapore TDs, so from time to time, we will face different kind of culture, like ah neh from india, TD are consider pariah class in some of their states. We do not need to get angry and give free ride, as long as we are right, and on the way, we cannot lower ourselves and feel demotivated. Be strong and move on, dun go bother about it. One PRC chicken...chay

No lah Bro. Not demotived, just felt sorry for her after that. Maybe she really kenna from some TD that really cheat her... I actually had took the points you mentioned into consideration
That's why I said I nearly fark her, but didn't lah...She nearly cry as her eyes are red. Can sense that she's not that cheapo type of pax, just like what you mentioned,, Culture issue..

In servicing business, you must know your customer, otherwise, alot of misunderstanding can occur. In TD context, you must know your pax even it is with you for 5 minutes, you need to use yr 6 sense to identify them, from their dressing, body language, talks and movement, you can handle them better, of course we are not going to talk about holding customer back, as TD, most of the time, we only see a pax once in our driving taxi time. But the essence of the ability to handle pax well bring about happy driving, and that is what we want, to be a Happy Taxi driver...cos happy go lucky

For me, I will not take ERP into consideration. Will just use the shortest route even cutting thru ERP. If pax can take cab, what is ERP. Avoiding it will means longer route plus added traffic light. Like in your case jammed at Newton circle.
North Bridge Rd / Victoria St and Upper Cross St to Havelock 天安门 will be my route.

Most club lady are actually conned into here.....
They are actually promises to be employed as singer or dancer or even waitress back in their homeland, after paying everything, arrived here than realised is totally different environment.....
Than "old cb" here, (came way before "new cb", they also gone thru the same stage) will slowly corrupt "new cb" until such time, "new cb" becum 1 of those "old cb".....
I believe the one TS have fetch is still a "new cb", she might be still a singer in TAM.....
But very soon la.....
FYI, TAM don't employed girls without valid work permit one hor, same goes to those establish nightclub.....
Don't mix up with those small KTV at Geylang or Joo Chiat hor or even Selegie....
