Taxi in flames at Sin Ming Road

Stomper Nonie heard a loud sound as a taxi went up in flames at Sin Ming today (Jul 2) at 7.50am.
Nonie was on Bus 130 when she saw the incident and mentions that the SCDF responded to the fire swiftly.
She says:
“When we alighted at the bus stop after Amtec, Red Rhino, fire-engine and motor mobile reached the scene within less than 5 minutes.
“Kudos fire fighters!”
Stomper Shawn also sent in a photo of the taxi on fire.
Smoke is seen rising from the taxi and the taxi's bonnet was engulfed in flames.

Sonata mean Siew ka ta ta. The culprit is the ignition, if car cannot start, please dun use the old method of turning the key and hold for it to crank, today ECU car do not work that way, if you keep turning and hold ignition (start) key, it will get hot and heat up... Car cannot start is mostly battery weak, follow by auto gear not in park position, or other thing like engine oil leak until bo oil..it cannot start because of safety, if you tiam tiam turn the key and hold, it will burnt

old model actually better than newer model..eat less petrol, parts can tarhan longer, newer model are mass production and poorer in quality control.
