Btw, 1 steward & 1 stewardess, how many luggage they can have? He want to bluff who?.....
SQ got strict rules on luggages for their crews 1 hor.....
If long distance, the most is 1 cargo luggage & 1 check-in luggage nia hor....
Short distance, lagi best, 1 check-in luggage nia.....
So only 2 crews, cb TD claim that they got 5-6 luggages???? Knn, go holiday meh......

next time stand to block the licence plate number so that people cannot take picture of the number and report to LTA. me always do like that at air port in case facing the same problem. play smart la

Eh this end holiday season kimgu kena targeted by pax with many luggages staying in the east. I saw they ambush Mpvs and I auto out myself. They want us to carry their 30 kg luggages without paying extra. Once I kena pax staying at Ulu Siglap. When I reach the bungalow, I really cursed and spit after they left. But I will ask their maid and their dog to carry. Phui x 10. What I dun understand, what is the use of the Cisco where they can advise pax to limo counter whereby normal taxi cannot carry the max luggage. Also I find that the old coordinators are pairing Mpvs with pax with many luggage. Why not 2 normal taxis to one group of pax ?

In Airport or Hotel, if you think that there is too many pax or lugguage that your Taxi can cater, best is refer to the Airport Warden or Bell boy. Let them handle with the passenger direct, it is their job. They will assign you with another pax and off you go.

Sometime certain people cum from certain places, (cannot say it too obvious
) on top of their taxi also can put luggages type, this are the people always will ask WHY? WHY? WHY?......Than certain people from certain places cum here becum FT, than bring their whole barang barang to our country, than expected our taxi can "do them a flavour lor"......
But actually, to be fair, not many tourists know about this limousine thing in Changi Airport.....
Some after enlighten by porters, will proceed to limousine counter, some will engage 2 taxi, some just refuse to acknowledge what the porters told them and obstruct the whole taxi queue.....
As a service orientated TD, we also cannot outright reject the pax, think about that, you reject, next taxi if don't mind try to accommodate, than you sure kanna mah, just like that case who reject stewardess......
If sway sway kanna this kind, is your turn mah, nothing to curst at, you sway mah, try to load lor, definitely will waste some time, but because we sway, kanna this mah, by turn, not assign hor.....
Than if really beh sai, suggest to engage another taxi, or unload everything again lor......
I know it sound ridiculiar to many, but this is the safest to solve this situation.....
If you simply wave to porters and say NO, not only pax can complain you, if the next taxi is me, you also get prepare to get complain from me.....
Limpek on the spot sent email to LTA one hor, don't play play.....

Thats y if I see local pax I auto out and save the trouble. I dun mind rejoin the Ap Q. Anyway buy Kopi and play candy crash to forget the problem.

i think the driver not careful handle customers in the air port area. and also he should appeal to LTA and give a proper explain to the officer what going on. also LTA also should really try to understand the driver and handle the case propery. maybe LTA should call up the passenger and driver to attend the meeting instead of bringing one sided. I think LTA still treating taxi driver like those lowly educated people.

LTA got properly interview the complaintant one, they will ask them go down LTA lim kopi too and sign on the statement, need to attend court if the taxi driver dispute charge, so its lose lose situation, both waste time when you want to go all the way to complaint !

I am not calculative. Normally I will tell pax to carry their luggage. I only help them to arrange. If all can put in ok , if not take 2 taxis. Also 30kg luggage is no joke. Back ache cannot claim Mc.

It is oblige to help and its not a must. Have you attend LTA refresher course ? LTA tell us so.

Exactly. If that CB kia bo reject pax you think pax so eng go and complain LTA? How many times I encounter cheapo with driving Wish. Also ask them take maxi or 2 cabs. Explain to them Wish look big nia inside got 2 CNG tank. They also lan lan take 2 cabs or maxi. So far also bo lang complain me to LTA.

You this type of size and face..who dare to complain..see already quickly change cab better. Can only complain why sg taxi driver got so fierce and fat driver...somemore, never comb hair one..lols -

The shortest route from AP to little India is from PIE, exit Kallang Bahru than Jalan Besar, Kitchener Road or Sam Leong Road or all the other road along Jalan Besar......
The fare is good?.....
