That Foreigner drove Tractor knock Taxis at Claymore case

  one of my friends' friend involve in the case i heard the preliminary is maybe very difficult claim the Tractor was not driven by authorized personal so no insurance. then it was driven by Foreigner who was drunk, at most he jailed fined or deported. then this last is the worse, the 4 taxis, only the 1st one was actually hit by the Foreigner Tractor, it was then one hit after another..so they need to actively claim against each other. but then ALL 4 are illegally parked! meaning another big question mark on claiming. while at the same time, each driver may need to come up self damage costs first then try claim back later!

  It is all about heng or suay lor..if heng heng that guy is rich and said he will compensate all of them..then ho say liao..but he is sure to be charge in court, that will take a years or few month down the road..\ ...if TD is inside a taxis, it is not consider illegal parking unless he stopped at zig za lines
