The ECP Speed Cam is now facing City ( Upslope bridge )

Today saw the ECP speed cam rotated to face the city ( Upslope Bridge ) , those going to Rochor Exit or Central Boulevard pls slow down.

I think it must be the wind blow and the cam change direction becos inside empty.

Waw piang, people put there tell you to slow down, just slow down la.....
Anyway direction going City cum with a up slope, so people tends to accelerate more before approaching the slope, than swee swee caught you.....

Lj lah, when they terminate cabbies, they also throw letters and ask for the keys back...so you throw back lor. Why be so nice to them, limpek throw is on the floor and ask the chio DRO to pick it up...then when she bend down...somemore can peep abit...song mah. -

It also act as a wind directional indicator, facing changi side meaning wind is now blowing from west to east, so becareful when you going up the slope, as the west wind might disturb yr steering if you are travelling at a fast speed

If you had been travelling up the north south highway in malaysia, you would had noticed those orange wind indicators between valleys whereby sudden surge of wind might sway you vehicle, more so if you are driving kancil, van or pinto and any high type MPV or SUV Many drivers had failed to look out for it, because Singapore drivers mah, where got notice all these thing, only look out for Traffic police and speedometer reading, so you see many drive out of course suddenly, bang here and there...end up, limpek got many jobs at the checkpoint to sign off the body collection. Singapore are one of the top innovative in Asia, however, its productivity rate had went down tremedously due to availiability of foreign cheap labour and trashes, so now, the objectives is to bring up productivity, and this Cam at ECP before KPE and shear bridge is a good example of productivity, be it a dummy or not, it act as a preventive for those who want to speed, it also act as a traffic camera to view the conditon of the traffic, and now, it act as a wind indicator. Do you guys remember the Productivity Bee? it past away in 2000. However, the Courtesy Lion is still around, but now at intensive care unit due too many foreigners here with no courtesy, nor any more of these campaigns.
