The problem is human, one tends to see other good, and other tends to see him good, human all like this one lah, especially men, hv merc see BM better, hv a nice wife, see other wife better, drive sonata, see epica better, use grabtaxi, see easytaxi better...and it goes on, Taxi driver are not spare, they tends to see others good but forget that other also got their own problem, own stress and money problem

bowah, sometimes ppl cannot PUT DOWN ( fang xia ) leh. haha. You can SEE THROUGH ( kan po ), doesnt mean alot of ppl can do it also.

but for me, 1 good thing is on the road i always try to LOOK OUT for chiobus, though in my mind knowing that i cannot get them. At least, once in a lifetime, got passby. haha.

I agree with bro bowah i think (and i could be wrong) that it is a mindset issue. The minute people think TD only ...jiak eh par yao buay see. But i think that if one were to take the job seriously the difference in wages isnt that bad. no unpaid overtime no boss looking over your shoulder.

Anyway, to be frank, drive taxis is one of the most honest job, whether you take pride or not in it, as a TD, you hv to truly ask yourself, are you cut to be a TD, are your contended as a TD and do you still have that passion other than saying no choice, need to make a living, which will be deem as struggling and that Taxi driving is not for you. In life, there are choices, otherwise, life would be very boring, so it is up to individual, throw key and walk out a new life/job, or drive on. And if you choose to drive on, might as well enjoy it while it last
