  I left the boot open , go for teh break, before half hour is over, rec'd automated msg, i rush back, only to see every thing done and waiting for me to sign and pay the above stated

  No sweat no dirty hands

  No need to use the fruit knife to chop a tree haha

  I ever diy, took about 1 hour, all sweat and dirty and tired, no mood to drive after that

  For tubeless tires, perhaps you would like to buy a foot-pump (less than $10.00) and keep in your cab. If you experienced flat tires, connect and tighten the screw and start footing. Less than 5 minutes, you can drive off and find the nearby tire shop. Saves Time & $$$...

  actually depend where and which tyre give way, save to do, its quite ok, not so difficult...

  i don't like the waiting time as all in all u may waste about 2 hours

  Even now I'm not driving taxi anymore, I still call them.....

  Ever saw this TD tyre pom cheh at T3 arrival pick up point, he kang si lang sway lor.....

  See him trying so hard to loosen the nut, whole shirt also wet like organism.....

  So you think after he manage to change tyre, got mood to pick pax or not?.....

  Changing tire also depend on location, but to say not able to change tyre or tire to change, then is a very ku niang driver. Most probably, TD knows how to park, tyre puncture does not mean car cannot move, it still can move to a nice location and change. Limpek change tyre only 15 minutes, than move liao, go sin ming/loyang for patching and reporting, then if got time, do balancing, rotation and alignment if still got thread on the tyre. During free time, you can try and learn to change, time yourself like IPPT

  actually changing of tyre is the most basic and most probably the only big thing u can do to ur taxi without being penalise by coy,besides adding engine oil and wiper or coolant water in addition to  pumping tyres.these simple things a TD should be able to do.

  Knn yesday my tyre burst after a slight touch against the kerb at valley point shopping centre while about to alight pax

  those ppl who were eatting outside there all scared after hearing the loud sound wahahaha 

  manage to drive out of pick up/drop off bay n park further up to change tyre

  as usual close shop after tat lucky manage to cover rental 

  knn think hv to pay cdg for the tyre bcoz big hole on the side
