这起三车连环撞车祸是在去年6月13日早上10时，

Maybe chain collision claims change liao. No more everybody claim until last vehicle. If you middle, rear you claim, front you pay...unless you can prove that you stopped in time, then rear vehicle hit you and you shoot forward and hit front vehicle..

Fish la...this certificate belongs to who??? cabby ar?? epica ar?? wish ar??? It belong to transcab, so transcab go pay the excess lor, then TC must claim from the rear one for the damage. -
What happen will be TC in house management will go eat the cabby deposit, that is uncalled for if cabby is not wrong in the accident, alway remember cab belongs to company, so is their servicing and insurance, not the cabby, if cab go buy cheapsake insurance, so be it, high excess, why not go buy comprehensive one?? In any court you go, that certicate is not for cabby, owner is Transcab Service Pte Ltd. The most the cabby lost out in his deposit, but prepare not to drive for TC. Whenever you paid rental, you must understand that it include a fee on the annual insurance and servicing cost, and I can rightly tell you that all cabby companies eat us kao kao, If let said I go buy my own insurance, I go service taxi myself, companies just provide the vehicle without insurance and servicing, spoilt just give back company, the rental for a typical epica can be as low as $70 only. This was what i advocated long ago, let empower our TD, with them buying their own insurance and servicing, they will take care of their ride well. The most cabby can go is seek legal advices against TC, or see MP lor

See MP no use. I did it before. My MP Kong is a private matter between taxi operator and taxi driver. See lawyer unless you got monies. Otherwise drive for another taxi company. End story.

It happen to me. I show the video to SMRT. But I still got to pay $1.2 k for my own damage and then $1.4 k for third party claim. But SMRT claimed 100% from rear car. Even the IO from TP Ubi charged the rear vehicle for reckless driving. Then me in the middle claimed 10 days MC and loss of income. But it will be after 6 to 12 months later.

I know there's some changes in term of insurance claim.....
But physically cum out pocket and pay other party? 1st time I heard.....
Especially when every party have claim insurance....

You take pictures of yr cab.. throw the cab and key back to the company, see what they will do, even if they send lawyer letter, ignore it, see what they will do...I can tell, you, beside lost in yr deposit, they can do nothing. -

Do not be intimated by taxi companies threats, they sure to use the hard tactics, then most cabbies fell for it, cos they like to instill fear into cabbies, most cabbies are just laymen mah, so the turn here n there, use laws until cabby dun ever dare to take law mee, just play a patient game with them, every companies asset r covered by insurance, pay smlj...

No matter what, as long you don't owe more than $10k, you won't fall into bankrupt category lor.....
But doesn't mean coy can't do anything hor.....
Common practice is thru small claim.....
Some like to engage licence debt collector make you malu.....
As for taxi claim....
Human claim 3 years, taxi claim 6 years, if you can tahan that long, than you don't need to pay a single cents lor....
