CCTV cameras at 10 locations to stop illegal parking

From middle of this month 10 new locations to have CCTV.
But is it illegal to have taxi pick up/drop passenger on the single zig-zag yellow line that have these CCTV? Only vehicle no stopping at double zig-zag lines at all times.
We are not parking but stopping to pickup/drop off passenger along the affected road. Will we be penalise for these action.

if like that every popular place also cannot stop to pick up/ drop passenger than jialat liao. All our earning goes to LTA ( 3 Demerit Pts plus $300 ).

TC outside is to check whether if driver urine outside or not...their toilet...haiz..not for parking offence. Some tulan/buay song drivers due to having to pay and tio pok, might vandalise TC gates and fences...or whack the ah neh guards

According to LTA, the definition of "Park" is:

Under the Road Traffic Act, "Park" means to bring a motor vehicle or a trailer to a stationary position and cause it to wait for any purpose other than that of immediately taking up or setting down persons, goods or luggage.
hence can we say we are allow to alight/pickup passenger at single zig-zag line, although there is CCTV?

but now beach road also park many taxis.. this is call double standard..

Aiya, just park at correct parking lots and pay abit only mah, at least go eat or shit, also no worries. Then you will not need to care about this CCTV or that china chinese television, tio bo? Wu liu buy car, bo liu pay parking..better dun drive. Wu standard drive taxi, bo liu pay parking fees..better throw key As long as you park in the correct place and pay for it, careless how many CCTV they have..but typical singaporean drivers all like this one,,,one park on roadside only, all follow liao, then warden come in motorcycle only, all run like mad dog

Pioneer mrt park at hdb lo. Beach road..see where u want to park lo. Shopping centres... haha park and pay 2 dollar plus...same like me buey song drive...park in shopping centre go watch movie at gv in marina sq to relax. Need to giam less than 10 dollars parking fee meh? Not happy after cbd charge for 1 dollar after 5pm ...die die dont go in and get pax in exchange for 3 bucks? Wa lao....

Pioneer CP mah, then beach road beside also got those 1 hr $2 coupon parking mah, You eat a prata $1 + kopi $1 + car parking $2 = $4. And you eat with a peace of mind. You anyhow park...later the prata+kopi become $102, more expensive then Mandarin Hotel buffet -

cam start today. so is it ok if we pick or drop pax esp at those mrt place? No waiting no parking, ok... no problem. but just a quick stop to pick/ drop pax can? Must ask reporters to ask lta. we ask bo pa kai hor

Zig zag line is not cover under parking or stopping, please go and read what is zig zag line means, no parking or pick up at all times...UNDERSTAND!
