Since CDG hirer entitled to quarterly (every three months) incentives pay out right?

The last I have heard before I throw key, those new TD who join later stages don't enjoy this benefit anymore......

But last time my pay out not really peanut la.....
The big portion is from loyalty incentive, the longer you in CDG, the amount more lor.....
About 4 days free rental for me lor, Lau kok kok merc.....

Cdg got many kind of plan for hirer, some no contract, some with certain years of contract, so end up with all kind of pattern, some said this, some said that...end up 10 mouths 10axxholxs...even I also cannot figure out what is the standard, so for most hirers, they just drive, then suddenly get a payout is like getting a bonus out of nothing feeling...wow! Like my ah fu..govt give abit Gst rebate only..he very happy liao

So, most important for cdg or any other companies' taxi driver, you must know what you signed and make sure you get your incentive as stated, otherwise, go bang table and push chairs. You all must understand that there is a quite a high turnover of staff in taxi companies, except those lau chee and lau lan who cannot find job outside anymore will stay on, so you also get new DRO, new chio bu, new operator, new DO..and all these might not know the system well, especially those terms and conditions set up by others few years ago.

You all have known all these knnccb taxi companies strategy and tactics, low demand that time, they will come out with all kind of pattern of contracts/incentives, nearly every 3 months to 6 months, all these jiak ba buy bao taxi managments will meet and think of a ways to con as many hirers in as possible. Your buddy signed 3 months ago, same vehicle, same year, but incentives different, and all this add up to everyone talking about these companies incentives and benefits, that company...and so on. End up, all driver become luan luan, mix up, other have they dun have, start to curse and swear, but never know other dun hv, he has...and when taxi hirer get confused, they fall further down the trap of taxi companies. You sign a commerical vehicle with open eyes, just drive, if you keep comparing, you will get demoralised easily, more so, if you compare to former rental prices, and to be frank, there is not much differences, the most important is be discipline, work hard and smart.

Just like when we go army recruit, gong gong ask you do this, you do this lor.....
After many years, automatically will becum "tua bao sian".....
What we learn along our way must impart for the future mah.....

Per week, I drive taxis 3 days only, each day drive for 8 hrs only. First 4 hrs of driving I am a slave, if business good, maybe 2 to 3hrs the slavery ended. Then for the rest of the day, I am a boss. So depend on luck and demand of cabs, sometime I can slave for the whole day...like now..phui
