Cdg asking drivers to intro friends to sign up as hirers, these few days saw some azeras park at sin Ming for some time leow, one of them is my friend throw key one

There's no way driver's market will be back.....
Let me ask you, if need taxi to dang jiak, throw key liao still got to go other coy to take key right? The cycle will just go round and round.....
Driver's market, meaning really shortfall of taxi drivers in this market than consider driver's market.....
Currently TDVL already cross 100k mark, compare to 10 years ago.....
I only enjoy driver's market once nia, they really treat you like a king, that time only Crown and Cedric nia, where got so many people interested to becum a TD.....
Somemore CityCab and SMRT have to cum out part time TD scheme, can rent taxi from minimum 3days to 7days, don't feel like renting can take a break.....

It's a slow time for taxi company as with new VL rules, more taxi OTR, ( another post on income down ) some tulan, rather throw key and be a relief. Relief got upper hand, like it drive, don't like, throw key, can choose which days u want to drive.
Minimum stress on cost and responsibility. only income not consistent.
hirer, like it or not, must pay rental on time, no rest day, must either spend half day to cover cost else throw rental. everyday must start engine. Must be responsible to vehicle and face all the shit from reliefs, if any. All this trouble to get their 'incentives' quarterly. KNN

When you decided to be a hirer, sure must take responsible mah, knn, dun tell me you signed with eyes close and ears shut off ar?? Be realistic on what you are, who you are, and what you are doing, you are the hirer, paid yr rental promptly, try to get a relief, if not, go OMO all the way like that siao keepthechange, but OMO after few years, sure throw key one, siao si bo, who day befriend the steering wheel, sian bo?

Driver market also include lorry, van, casket, delivery drivers and so on market mah, not just Taxi driver market, so if you can find another market to work with why not> why must die die drive taxis?? Be flexible mah, weekdays go drive delivery or send chio bu to work in van, then weekend, chiong taxi as relief, in taxi driving, relief is the market, not hirer hor, hirer knn, cannot find relief -

All just want fast cash
hirer can't find relief, go OMO loh, either more hours to make same amt when on one shift, or earn less as cost doubled, but same working hours loh

Aiyo..Bro bro,..if relief can afford to not steady, meaning what? meaning it is a relief market, if hirer can pok relief anytime he likes, then it is a hirer market, but you can hardly see a hirer market, unless, there is a recession and so on. You must understand why relief behave this way, then you can be more appreicative of the issue at hand, and with such understand, your dealing with relief will have more effective communication

Yeah coz of the 250 km and the peak hour the % of taxis required to be on the road from 6 am - 11 am and 5 pm till 12 pm. So they encouraged every car to have a relief if not the taxi operator will penalize the hirer. Maybe lesser bonus.

Ya that time I just got my VL got this scheme from Citycab no need deposit. Just pay think about $400-500 can get Crown minimum 3 days rental. Hearsay those Crown got rooftop and no MDT one sibo?

The taxi rental so ex. Many throw key liao. Imagine paying $127 for i45 and meter jump $0.22. Not worth it.
Generation 1 and 2 sonatas how many more years to go before they get scrapped. Then comfuk will have a hard time to replace old cars without drivers. I rather want comfuk to bleed and rot. The way they handle ex TD is inhuman. No compassion during my time.Phui X 10.

Pay upon collect vehicle.....
Minimum 3days, collection must be on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday....
If Thursday, than only can return on next Monday, becos weekend no taking or hand over.....
So if you decided not carry on any more, can offset your deposit with outstanding rental.....
That time only got Crown or Cedric, no MDT, even have also cannot log in, last time roof top still not digital.....
Rental follow market rate.....
So let's say this week you drive 5 days, return on Friday, than next Monday you cum again, different vehicle liao hor.....
And hor during those time is "Driver Market", confirm got vehicle 1 hor, don't even need to pre-book.....
