TD trade u need to set overall a weekly or monthly reasonable target
from there breakdown to a daily target, somedays u will exceed, someday shortfall, assuming same amount of commitment

Drive more, white hair more, fuel tax pay more, so it is all up to individual, $30 net, in Singapore, not much TD will do it because most cannot effort to do it, will yao yao si them. The $30 net club is a unique club for people who can afford to live with it, for debt clearance and family committment cabbies whereby kids are still small, your childrens will tell you working in MacDonald lagi good -

Not suan mah, because he tends to talk of his own, not on general opinon, so I feel his vision is still very narrow, only toward OMO cdg driving method and places of his interest, that is good as individual, but we need to put it on a holistic approach in TD issues, not just individual, individual issues, every one also got many, that is why, kopitiam, TD talk alots..of his TCSS stories

That day pick up 2 ang mo lau char bo, knn, 5cts also want back, then on the journey, gossip about we chinese singaporean funny talking, keep laughing at our hor hor..har..har..kind of term, like ang mo got these,..yes yes, ok ok..yup yup term. Limpek listen liao felt very offended, like racist remark to me, they said, Can you go by killinery road..I act and replied, har har??? they ask again, can you go by killinery road..i replied..har har...lols

Our ex-chief is a very experience TD.....
What he teach and preach, I never say he luan gong leh.....
I only like to suan him a bit.....
For example, his 13 quality pax.....
Yes, is true, who don't wish to have 13 quality pax and jiu jia.....
But reality is, beside looking for 13 quality pax, ah niao, ah kao, ah gua, ah ma, ah gong, mat Salamat, we still got to pick mah.....
So his stand of just 13 quality pax, we know is cannon fairy, so suan him la.....

Once you are a TD, dun talk abt education anymore lah, be it U degree or sex2 like me, all same same liao, for whatever reason, most of us are once bitten twice not shy, TD, on my statistic, learn very fast one, once kenna cannon'ed, they will not repeat it and trust you anymore. And because of old bird like you, me and my ex chief now have difficulties in advicing newbies, we tell them to be relief first, they said we cannon fairy
