FREE SEASON PARKING ONLY FOR TAXI AT ANG MO KIO LIBRARY

Hi,
Today I was at Ang mo kio central library and notice that behind the library there's a small road and there are 5 free season parking only for taxi. The red words written on the road states that ONLY taxis are allowed to parked there. Wow....dedicated taxi only parking.
Wah, shiok for ang mo kio taxi drivers hirer, they can park there free and no private car allowed to park there. They save on season parking and walk home.
Anyone knows why library have these special free season parkings for taxi? anyone know if there are similar FREE season season parking only for taxi in jurong areas?

Last time there is a CDG kiosk there at the corner of the car park so the lot is for CDG taxi only lah. You dunno mai luan luan gong.
Why so hard up for season parking? If buay gam buy season parking then stay landed like me loh.

Is reserve for taxi kiosk....
But not for long hour parking or overnight parking hor.....
Is just for TD to park a while, do whatever you need to do in the kiosk than fark off lor.....

not what you so called expert say " park a while then fark off"....
and not only CDG...Red words on the road says clearly its for Taxi parking...
TD lao jiao here just scare pple know their lobang so next time too many taxi overnight there parking for free..........they cannot park there anymore..

Condo need to pay maintenance leh. Landed park inside also cannot tow right?

Landed property must get court warrant...lols, aiya, TD is not said seibei cham, must look for free parking meh??? sometime i see those park road side and eat, knn, mobile come only, all run with mee and rice on the mouth...seibei cute and funny, then those pui pui one also suddenly can run 100meter sprint...lols. Singapore, nothing is free lah, even the air you breathe in by the minute are paid thru your hp bills hor, nobody is debt free in singapore, start of the day only, owe rental liao, owe income tax liao...and so on. So just park in proper place, at least eat without worrying, sleep also can sleep soundly, play mahjong also can play wisely and happily

For private car owners, if you still under finance, finance coy will need to submit application to police in order to reprocess your vehicle.....
And with that "granted letter", no way you can stop the tow from towing your vehicle, even you park inside a private condo or a landed property.....
As for taxi, becos we TD are not the owner, so coy have every right to re-pro your vehicle if you chao kar lor.....
They need not apply approval from police lor.....
So if their tow try to enter private condo without that letter, unlikely the security will let them in, but doesn't mean is 100% safe hor.....
As for landed property? If you park taxi inside, the tow just have to press the bell lor.....
Make you malu like nobody business lor......

Press smlj bell, bo lah, now private use intercom liao, to enter a private compound, you need a court warrant, otherwise it is an offence under intrusion of private property -

Once see taxis also must apply for entry mah, why, see taxi inside only, use monkey ram and ram the gates liao??? if not the taxi??? how??? you think those taxi companies peoples so stupid?? if it is the taxi, also kenna sue, if it is not the taxi, jialat liao, companies tio sue until paid 1 million for one gate. HDB different mah, public compound, private property is different, if not paid so much for the private for fark? It is not that you cannot tow the taxis, but you need proper procedures mah, Singapore govt alway very good in following the system, rules and regulations, why need to ram in??? siao ar? -

Re-pro of taxi is not done in secret manner 1 hor, the tow don't even need to avoid seeing the TD.....
1 of my friend, playing "hide and seek" with taxi coy for many weeks.....
Otang rental lor, don't even dare to go back servicing.....
Than you know what? Ended up his taxi being tow while he was pumping diesel in 1 of the petrol kiosk outside.....
Another friend of mine lagi malu, his merc cab was being tow away while queueing at AP limo queue, 1 of the best legend I ever seen.....

Aiya, no big issue lah, tow tow lor, but all in public places mah, my fren kenna tow at Amara hotel while loading pax baggages, why, accident own fault, refuse to pay another 1 thousand more only, cos relief only deposit 1k mah, but accident cost 2k excess mah.

TD must hv skin thicker than govt, nothing to feel malu, if malu...then better dun drive taxi, and you should know why some people die die also never want to drive taxis..malu mah

Than hor, otang rental no big deal la, money only mah.....
Than those days we play hide and seek, after collection enough, remember go and pay up la, the most tio black mark nia.....
I also otang rental before, highest is close to 1 month.....
Whenever 8787(CDG nia) call up, always remember to pick up and tell si beh cham story.....
Than know someone who issue re-pro list, than won't be caught off hand lor.....
