True, but public transport also not cheap, full of foreigner smell and ungracious behavor, then also waiting, standing, crowd...especially for chio bu..if kenna keepthechange this type on board, also scare kenna molest, then private car also not cheap, some people rather take cab then owning a car. -
Local say taxi expensive but tourist from Ap still take. Most people take MRT until one day MRT will breakdown. Then local will revert to taking taxis.

Lan sai lah, knn, you drive taxi before you dunno taxi drivers meh?? For newbies, 10 out of 10 will said ho tan, many paxs, can make 5 to 6 k per month.. For old birds, 10 out of 10 even tho huat will tell you, OBK, seibei cham...bo paxs, and the above 4 TD are consider old birds leh

Arbo, why people call them lau gwee, all these lau gwees, knn, like to tell other drivers to behave, be nice, be good, discipline..then they themselve go do the short cut and dirty tricks..newbie kenna caught lan lan, lau gwee kenna caught, can make roti prata become poh piah one hor, some I talk to them only, they said they want to call lawyer liao... -

But the average TD life is only 70yo, tho the national average is 78yo, taxi driver fall below that mark, why? because of stress, anger, strain, urgent plus exciting, sex, drink, smoke, all day sitting, debt ridden, jealousy, uneven mental, and so on. So given 70years of life, not much week left to huat
