  The thing is it's an advantage for the blue taxi driver to have this kind of reward to entice pax to use ezlink for payment to get the reward.

  Of course, it could also back fire if the pax only go to Tampines and somemore cashless...

  This morning the cab rewards started. Now need to press one more time on the MDT to clear or else meter still on hire then if suddenly no paxs want to take ur taxi. Means u didn't press ur MDT. Now it becomes more ma fun

  now cdg message to inform drivers to collect fare!it seems some drvrs thought after tapping ez link card paxs no need to pay anymore!

  F up system flow....drivers already tired picking up pax...only want simplified and minimal usage of mdt....still have to help CDG on this? Joke....no value work.

  1st mdt need to press "yes" rite?

  after tat press easy link on cashless machine 

  then need to tap card 2x on cashless machine?

  1) Stop meter

  2) Finger press on "TAP"

  3) Scan EZ card on cashless machine (machine will show green APPROVED and receipt will auto print) PLEASE bear in mind transaction not completed yet even through  the receipt printed with full fare but without $0.30 EZ transaction surcharge.

  4) Finger press on EZ-Link bar on the cashless machine

  5) Scan the card on the cashless machine AGAIN

  6) Wait for Approved for transaction to be completed.

  #  4 - 6 are the previous way before the implement of the CabReward system.

  Check the 2nd time printed receipt Must have $0.30 charge for using ez-link.

  Whoever design this additional screen before showing the detailed fare is an idiot. Not customer-friendly and totally no value add. What if customer, after paying for his fare, wants to update his registered ez-link card??? Kena snooke right?

You will earn 1 Cabpoint for every dollar charged. Cabpoints earned will be rounded to the nearest dollar.

 




• What is the minimum before I can redeem?


You may redeem for a $5 taxi voucher with a minimum of 1,000 Cabpoints

 

**How to collect the voucher ??

**You must take CDG Cab to Braddell / Sin Ming....to self collect ????
