some hirer after few days if they find that you're a wrong match for partnership, they'll come out with all this kind of pattern to make you leave instead of telling you directly, no need to be angry, straight away find another hirer, once confirmed, just leave the key inside and sms him bye bye, fuck him also waste time, give him notice he will laugh that you're dam stupid, let him omo until he siok siok......
now cdg hirer abuse relief driver even more after they make it so convenient to self register online.....
if hirer didn't buy season parking, then tell him to pay $4/day for wash car or he himself was car lor
if pass handover time could not reach him, just park the taxi in car park, leave the key in the taxi, sms him and bye bye lor, since he is so irresponsible, why should you endure the shit?
i ever come across some Kwai lan hirer kenah play out by relief until he want to kee siao..... he omo for one week when the relief go holiday, after one week the relief no sound no picture, handphone number also changed, another hirer's relief throw key one day before he go one week holiday, when they tell me was laughing inside, after driving for them few days, i truly understand why such things happened.

a place where many TD park the taxi there whole night and no one will disturb..... only when the moon turns blue then lta will come to wayang with the bike and all the td will faster tree fall monkey disperse.......
during evening peak, oftenly you'll see desperate pax standing nearby staring at those td who are smoking, hoping that after they finish their cigarette can take them, however many of them after done just put busy and goes off...... when i first started i feel bad for them and pick them up, but after some numbers of tries, i also gave up, those are the cheapo who direct you to drive through many km of traffic lights just to save a few dollars instead of using expressway, imagine driving from the outskirt of cbd all the way to yishun using thomson rd till sembawang rd, LJ also cannot stand.

Got, me lor...I do super relief, go airport with the hirer, then take over from there, then when he come back, I go airport fetch him, he send me back and I return his key, thanks and wish him best of luck. -
Hirer and relief must alway learn to work in a win win condition whereby both gain from it, there must be good conrete communication and both wanting to end up in a not losing condition. That kind of partnership will last...like hirer said, come to my place, you take over, later I go airport, so I give him a better idea, why not you come my place, bring me to ap and I take over, you save Taxi fare from yr home to ap. Then when u return, I wait for you, you give me some discount, but save on taxis fare back to your house...win win situation..hirer hear already also happy mah. But sad to say, everyman got their ego and pride to hold, and if the partnership go silent, it will be a guessing game, and the more guessing it become, the more worst it will be, as both will be thinking their partner is trying to cheat them. Hv open communication, meaning talk yr heart out and that same time, accept comments and be good listener, give suggestion and both decide on the best solution and options

I think those hirers who don't hv experience as a omo will find it hard without a relief
me also same since I drive nite only day time dunno where to go n not use to the hot weather I easily get sick
another important point must get used to it is driving without surcharge in the day
wen my day relief go 2 week leave I also never drive day but I start around 4pm n play adv booking to cover the extra cost
I tried 2 weeks last time omo after I became a new hirer
after tat give up liao

hearsay the relief went for 3 days holiday and paid $29 each day to the hirer, hirer call The part time to take over the night shift for $40/night, kan ni na, still make $11 each day, very smelly.....
