last time during smoke break got one merc cab td told me he only pick up pax from cbd, and tell me evening peak go hdb for f? sometime later during my off day, i saw him queque at opposite jurong east mrt taxi stand, knn..... dam cANNON

The skill of conversing with taxi driver is to determine how cannon he is, all taxi drivers are cannon type, just how big the cannon is, you hv to decide yourself thru his or her body languages, most are infact, top salemen, but just do not like to work for others.

Sad to say bowah. I am not those big cannon fairy. Just a normal worker slaved for $ tts all. Im not any salesman either. Only want to get paid and if have 10 months variable bonus, lagi best.

If you are not, learn to be one, telling other you make 7k is not going to kill anyone, just lower their spirit and morale only..lols, end up those lau taxi uncles like me kpkb..but kpkb for fark, they/we are also Cannon master DSLR camera. Cannoning for the sake of earning a living and not harming other is ok, if TD no cannoning, kopitiam very quiet liao..lols

Mercy cab divers, only can "si", cannot "toh" 1.....
You see, even when now their meter jump $0.30, can say until kang si lang ho dang like that.....
Use calculator go calculate, you will know, dang smlj? Not even enough to cover the different of rental.....
$0.08 cent different nia leh.....
But their taxi rental can be $50-$70 different hor.....
Just take $50 enough, divide by $0.08 cent, provided every day, their meter jump 625 times, than just enough to cover the different.....
Than we take 350meter the lowest for 1 jump, x 625 jump, you need to travel 218km(hired hor) in order to break even that $50 again.....
Of course with peak hour surcharge, different might be slightly higher nia lor.....
So, ho dang bo?......
With that kind of rental for white, cannot sweep floor 1 la, must $50, $50 kio for limo jobs, than I will say he ho dang lor......

Aiyo Yandao eh...Huang smlj taxi also bo ho tan lah, however it is the fast entry vocation that most can adapt fast and sometime furious, so people come in and drive..ho tan??? ho tan is Singapore pool, garden by the bay, casinos and NTUC/safra jackpot rooms lah, taxi simi ho tan?? But a merc driver once told me, aiya, since drive merc or normal also bo ho tan, drive merc better lah, at least in my poor life, can hold a merc steering, can saki abit, die also kam guan liao -

if according to cdg diesel price($1.15/L), 9 cents is about 12.8km/l, i40 fuel consumption is about 12km/l, you'll loose money everyday, more ever, some td have habits of sleeping inside the taxi and watching movies with air-con and engine on for hours, some like to speed very fast then brake hard, to be safe and fair, 10.5 cents (11km/l) should be ok lah.....

Aiya, both just pump according to mileage use lor, then leave the receipt for him or her to view. Hirer drive 300km, pump $30 with receipt Relief ki siao drive 350km, pump $35 with receipt This one is the most justifiable for all
