It's been a month already, cut down lunch time to 30mins, a few quick toilet smoke breaks, still can't increase pax count..
pick drop pick not smooth, not consistent
sometimes can idle empty crusing for 30mins in the late morning before getting a pax.

Why cruise when you know bo lang?....
Just find a taxi stand and queue la.....
Than night shift got grave yard timing, day shift also have mah, but day slightly better lor.....
Those super low peak hour, cannot chase for pax 1 la, treat it as "charity drive" lor.....

Why must find a taxi stand? go home sleep and PCC lah, then evening peak got energy to chiong again,...but if you are not OMO, then go near those private houses, university like NTU, or CBD during ERP off period, sure got call one. These auditors sure send you to jurong, Changi or woodland..lols

I don't encourage split shift for OMO.....
But if you really think that off peak hour is totally waste of time, than switch lor.....
For me last time, very standard order 1 in the afternoon....
Taxi stand queue, ulu ulu place like Tuas, park 1 side and dang call.....
Still can generate good return la.....
Than after 7pm, let those pax rot....
