i seriously wonder if he can meet 250km daily. Maybe drive peak hour cover cost of 150km, another 100km personal business.

I think so as long as overall CDG can meet target , it's a pass for industry standard.
but given that the veh is always parked, I wonder how much the cabby can make for daily expenses, even if cost is taken care of
