The insurance now work differently, under the clause, in a forward movement with not reversing inplace once you hit someone rear, you are deem wrong and pay the excess, so you pay the excess, however, in a forward movement, if someone hit your rear, you do not hv to pay excess as the other party is wrong and claim shall be make against him, which is his insurance... Until such cases are settled, the excess shall then, return back to you
