I oso can anyhow say got increase, then when increase can say, see i tell you liao, now you belive me? make myself like very smart and clever, want people say me good. knn lah where got time? but some people here likes to do this -----shiok liao! TD is the mid of any hamburgers, top exploited you with grease and cheese, below whack you up with mayonasie and mustard.
In a normal situation, pax perspective on a taxi is alway the taxi drivers, no taxi, TD koon, TD lazy, TD keng peak hours, surcharges and so on. There will never be a situation of no taxi, govt fault, taxi companies fault, that is the norm of every pax on the road who cannot get a taxi at their desired time and location, not to mention the services provided by the taxi driver is also consider an important clause in their judgement.
And then again, in a normal situation, LTA will impose rules and regulations on taxi companies, taxi companies will pressure the TD to carry out their job within the expectation of the rules and regulations, and end up, they get more quotas to buy more taxis which is equal to more profit, and more taxis meaning more COE and road tax collection for LTA, which is also the govt.
So, in mid of all these, lies the poor TD who have to
1. satisfy the pax
2. satisfy the taxi companies
3. satisfy the LTA (govt)In any hamburger you eat, guess the best part to eat is the juicy burger, and that is where we are.

In real business world, u need to satisfy yr customers, yr suppliers, yr employees and the government regulations. So TD is running a business.

A business model can comprises of opex cost. Business also needs to regulated by the authority. Business is not about setting your own rules and regulation but how you can benefit in the game and make money.
