Avoid central boulevard these few days

  Tried the new MCE this ( Sunday )afternoon, my advice is to avoid using the central boulevard. Was in the jam for 45mins!!

  From AYE, exit 2 ( MCE ) immediately jam all the way to MBFC Tower 3 taffic light . Thereafter the traffic becomes normal again.

  When next week back to normal working days, Siao Liao.

  limited lanes too towards rochor,sure jamm wan

  big lack in signages,many still slowing down to see where the fark they are lol

  I am just wondering how is the traffic on ECP twds city(Rochor) going to filter right when most vehicles are going to keep left to enter MCE...

  Mr L office, from top to bottom, all got to be shot!!!!!.....

  Bo dai Bo ji, go around destructing people life....

  Limpek tomorrow think of going MBFC, ball also shrink.....

  So what they build 5 lane!!!!..... my son also will know, from 5 lane, becum 4 lane, becum 3 lane, becum 2 lane(the old underpass towards MBFC tower 3), confirm sure jam 1 la.....

  Things never done properly, should not just close up ECP mah.....

  Some more news reported because we don't know the direction, that's why jam, knnbccb la.....

  saw many pte car from L1 cut to L 4 before kpe/Ecp exit today....

  using LTA website guide,

  from AYE to suntec area can use CTE-merchant rd..... knn, sure jam like siao also.

  today sent 2 pax from RWS to lavender and pan pac. both times dare not use AYE-MCE. scared jam and longer route...

  so used AYE-CTE-merchant.... quite slow, plenty traffic lights. wkdays sure die.

  This one, I long anticipated liao, heard LHL also travelled with ah liu and aunty Jo, like the new MRT ride, he claimed, very smooth leh,..why not smooth, all jammed for 45minutes for you pass the tunnel..knnccb

  The whole lots of car going into CBD central boulavard so as to get into MCE then into ECP+ those normally going into CBD< you think not jam ar?? Do you know what they will do with the jam?? They will further upper the ERP prices and higher the COE on the pretext of too many vehicles jamming up the road, but the big fark is that they are the one making it

  Starting, I really thought MCE is like an alternate road....

  Never know is like that 1.....

  They spent billion of dollar to "kay cho" our road???....

  So what it cut through water?.....Want to show off to who?.....

  Hearsay those container truck east bound from AYE are forced to exit Central B because they are banned going in the MCE tunnel. And those cars wanting to exit Rochor are also forced to exit Central B and use the new Shares Avenue. Bo bian lah...need to suck ERP to recover the $4b++ cost mah. But diverting traffic into CBD during rush hour? SMLJ

  one way to look at it is that business is booming at night..

  another way is that donkey years until now night time, congestion continues..

  if there is no little india riot, nobody will be responsible.. n nobody give a damn abt it..

  MCE is good only for connection between west (AYE) into east (KPE and ECP), all others filtering out or in from those Marinas, rocher n maxwell should be still under the old ECP sheares bridge. Closing one road to build another alternative is not improving but merely a replacement. But building one more road to enhance the current road condition is improving and certainly preventing JAM. MCE will be renamed as MCJ, Marina Coast Jamway

  The reason why MCE is fcuk is because:

  1. All those exits lead to new roads in an area that nobody is familiar with. Like Sheares Ave, Marina Blvd..How many ppl actually go Marina South area last time?

  2. The Marina South area is still under construction.  So many roads and turnings here and there. Some roads lead you to Hor Lan.

  3. The direction signs suck. Exit 2 from AYE to Rochor Rd never indicate Rochor Rd.  Only show Central Blvd and Bayfront Ave or something.  So, if you dunno, it is easy to miss and go straight all the way to Fort Rd then U turn.

  But from KPE straight to AYE sibeh song...

   KPE is different.  When they open KPE, once you exit, you are in familiar territory e.g. ECP, PIE, Upp Paya Lebar etc.  Easy to enter from existing roads also.
