if you notice, their mdt platform also chui one. For example, if you take advance booking or current booking, suddenly your pax put plane and sms you but not to the call centre...you suck thumb. What to do? Can you even cancel the trip which you have bidded? Only solution is to drive to the location and wait for the 'no show' button to appear. Neh neh. tt's the freaking flaw of the program.
Of course dont say if pax really is there waiting for you. I only say what if you bid a job liao and the pax put plane, really waste time.

Cdg got lots of left over long sleeve shirts nobody redeem in the past, either thrown key or tio pok and simply bo chap, so, they use it to lure you to work harder, then give it to you, it is nice to wear, but anything happen, go lim kopi that time, please dun wear, cos they will sarcastically tell you, you dun fit to wear it. knn -

Can call back mah, then tell them to cancel, pax can hardly sms or call you, they do not hv your nos mah. And whatever you do, hv record, even if you cannot take the calls, make sure you call at least 3 times even with no answering, so that when they call and ask you, uncle, where never take the pax on call, you tell them, I called few times to cancel, but cannot get you, cdg got paid singtel phone bill or not? then they lan lan put down, even go drink kopi, you also win, show them yr phone with the nos of call make. If cdg drivers all use this method in cancelling calls, sooner or later, drivers will hve a hotline different from public -

Got, they got 4 rifles brand underwear..maybe u can change that..and for those who do not want, please, either give it to charity or put back at Sin Ming office, so that those newbies taking photos can wear and take..
