Cdg got the power to even have a free station shop for its cam repair, an agreement between the supplier from China and cdg signed before undertaking of the contract, coupled with kopi sharing, the order is 30,000, about 2000 as spares for replacing, So, if I order 30,000 curry puff from you, which you sold at normal price of $1.50, you would mind selling me at $1 for a 30k curry puff contract with future business at hand. So whether it is going to last or the quality is good or not or damage, cdg hv the power to change at anytime free, and to your friend, who only need one, he got a whole market of cam to look at, why must look at cdg which is more on a business contract.

Thks for s info. This morning after maintenance at loyang asked the counter staff if can 顺便 fix up d camera bor ? Counter passed me a slip n told me proceed to drv up 2nd floor. Reached 2nd floor make a right loop n pull over to d slot.
Done within 5mins. No external power socket required... power tab within d internal wire lining.
Dun bother to take a smoke break while waiting.... it's ready b4 u even know

You see, in business, there must alway be a benchmaker, and this benchmaker is alway the biggest, if not the strongest in its business, like if you talk about local supermarket, NTUC fairprice, if about normal car..it about Toyota Borneo Motor, if about higher end, it about Merc Daimler Benz...and so on. And when it come into taxis, it is Comfort Delgro Ltd. All these are the benchmakers, they set the pace in their own business, everyone, almost all share and stake holders including TDs will alway hv to look at CDG pricing and policies before deciding it worth, and this Benchmakers determine their prices without the need to compare, because they are the pace setters. They will set a rental price, whether TC or silver or smrt is going to set whatever pricing, they must relook at cdg, they therefore cannot set too high, nor too low, and must provide a reason behind their rental prices, like new car or less FC..better benefits and so on. Like when you buy things in seng siong, giant or local shops, NTUC fairprice is not going to care, they will set a price, higher or lower, you as consumer decide, and you tends to compare it with Fairprice to determine if this product sold at seng siong is worth or cheaper to buy. As such, Fairprice is the price benchmaker

Dear Cabbies
We are pleased to inform you that All ComfortDelGro taxis will be fitted with in-vehicle cameras (model J002B) for free over the next 3 months.
The video footage of the in-vehicle camera will help to establish the liability of parties in the event of an accident or traffic disputes, hence will minimize litigations as well as curb inflated or fraudulent claims against our Cabbies. It will also facilitate our insurance company in claims processing.
J002B cameras are equipped with a 140 degree angle lens with a 2.7" LCD screen. They will be fitted to record happenings outside the taxis with no-voice recording features to ensure passenger's privacy.
Please note that the installation will be carried out on your taxis during preventive maintenance servicing session. We will start the installation at the Loyang and Braddell workshops and subsequently extended to other workshops. This is to minimize any inconvenience to our Cabbies.
We seek your kind understanding and bear with us during this period. -
