Incident:Cab exit hotel carpark..see main rd lane 1&2 clean

  but when it turn out onto that main road 1st lane, a private car suddenly came fast fast down 2nd lane...then last min, just at the cab peak of turning swing in eat into half of 1st lane.. end up both cars front bumper buah with scratch marks..both side blame each other whose problem like this?

  got in car dvr call traffic police file report and cover your self else get ready to pay

  Think 50/50 unless you complete your turn. Cos insurance sure want to eat both side since only minor scratch they can let the claim go high and increase the premiun and eat away the ncd

  if minor scratch marks only,better to settle pte for 50/50 cases

  not worth to lose 2k plus add a accident record to ur account

  I hv to be frank to say that most insurance would hv say the taxi is wrong, moving out without looking, as I said before, anything hit from the driver door to the front, TD is wrong, anything from the passenger door to the rear, can be 50/50 or 100% not TD fault.
