sure take and one day you will be LTA office , Singapore not like other countries as clearly taught in the taxi licence classes you have already taken , so why even ask such question , i many time got offers always told the pax sorry "by the meter only" its better to make less and drive another day then to get your licence cut into 2 and look for another job

U tell pax, I go by meter, that is the laws, but if you give me $50 at the end of the trip and said, keep the change, that will be ok for me.

Learn not to get caught with pant down, alway hv good IQ in dealing with people, even if that guy is an undercover, he will get no reason to take you down...I mean we get people giving us $50 n said the nicest word a Driver will alway like to hear "keep the change"

the story is, let say ah (just let say only ah!) pax offer 50 bring from mbs to hotel. then along way, the pax see like many people also on road waving but no green..all reds then when reach the hotel, the pax offer ANOTHER 50 to load luggage go ap cannot consider as private booking meh?

As I said, tell pax to give it to you as your tip, most of your people carry smartphone right?? can record as prove mah...keepthechange once said, hardly retract or hear wrongly one hor, if not my bro keepthechange666 would not hv use this nick. Most cabbies, u tell them infront turn right, next 2 traffic lights turn left, right carpark,..most either too tired to answer properly or dun bother to talk much, then end up pax give $20 for a $15 trip and said, keep the change...wow! the energy perk up, better than red bull. On yr meter, reach airport, on yr hp recording or even video, then pax give u $50 and said keep the change or take it as tip, nothing wrong lor. Even if pax complain, complain smlj???

Reach destination, pax want to give $50 or $100 is up to them, at least your meter is on.....
