Since AYE & ECP is going to divorce on 29 Dec 2012 caused by MCE (3rd party). What are the best options from AYE to access area like beach Rd/ Bugis/Lavender..etc? Since the connection from AYE to Rochor ( Exit 15 ) is not possible.
Do we use Keppel to enter Anson Rd which already congested... or divert to CTE, exit Merchant... ?
die cork stand.... XD dont forget the jam during the peak hours...all bo bian take bukit timah road....then ho seh liao.
From the table below, I think the Rochor Exit will still be in use.

Yes Rochor exit still in use but after 29 Dec 2013, AYE no longer connect direct to ECP. The new connection will be AYE --> MCE --> ECP/KPE. Hence there is no way from AYE to use Rochor Exit ( Exit 15 ).
Vehicle using Marina Boulevard or Maxwell Rd ( If still exit ) can use ECP to exit Rochor.

AYE to Rochor after MCE open.
I think that when it opens, we have to travel all the way from start (Keppel) to the end of MCE and u-turn back to Rochor, via the KPE exit road. It will avoid the traffic lights and make a smooth trip back to Rochor.
It will takes an additional 1.5km as compare to the present way.
