Guys please see the video and tell me who's fault?

this one a bit tricky. depending whos view point. say first, i dont know who is who, just my own opinion, may be right may be not right ah. a. if from video recorder car, its other party fault for not checking when reversing b. but if from reversing car, its already set reverse and already in motion reversing, another vehicle come from behind..might seem purposely find trouble leh. c. if from company and insurer pov, very easy, makan both side, say 5050, take 2 excess, 2k x 2, internally just a few hundreds settle becos looks like simple light knock niah, win-win everything! but 2 things hor. 1st thing, the other driver might not have reverse cam, he until now no full picture. but by posting in public, the video recorder car already give out 1 supporting evidence for free, so.. 2nd thing, this case can easily private settle, but hor now out in open, the 2 company if they know sure will bite and wont give chance. so, thats another so...

fair analysis.
but again, TS has stopped and has given a space between him and car in front, although front car is doing a reverse.
front vehicle failed to reverse safely..

the damage is nothing la. just bumper bumper knock niah. but the implication is bigger than the damage! if carefully review the video, there is big difference from the ah neh case. the ah neh case is both vehicle is fully stop. then the ah neh start reverse. but this case, the front vehicle DID signal reverse gear and started moving wor. its the back vehicle continue moving up.. again either driver can argue until cows come home. but if i am from either company, alone with this video, i can pocket 4k liao. so the question in this thread should not be whose fault for the accident. should be whose fault for posting the video in public, then totally cannot quietly privately settle liao, from small small case, become big big case. chinese saying, the Crab and Heron fight, but its the Fisherman wins. this is good example.

Of course I move up lah. We queueing taxi stand so in front move I also move lah. Behind got others queueing also leh. Then what? queue taxi stand cannot move up? SMLJ logic? The point is why reverse never check mirror? Why I horn liao still dun want to stop? Must bang liao then stop? When you reverse and heard a loud horn usually will sure jam brake right? Why still keep reversing? Money too much want to give me spend? LOL

Hammer already stopped when 8787 started reversing.... I guess hammer saw the reverse light on n stopped, gave him some room....
Anyway, just like u ram into car's back, no matter front car ebrake or wat, rear is wrong.... Reverse sure wrong esp when car behind is stationary liao....

Ya some TD really got good heart. Once I also reverse into a mercs taxi. Bumper cracked. He only ask me for $400 to do the repair because he knows the workshop people so while servicing he can get them settle for him.

In this case, it's lucky that hammer2 had the cam, if not, the other driver can twist his word..
That's why TS asking whose fault, but with the recording sure is 8787 fault lah..heng ar..not 9898...
You sure with this video, taxi company can haul both driver up for kopi and collect 2k each?

This is an honest accident, there is no intention that I want to challenge you kind of stuff, sometime, accident like giving way or both gia gia dun let go and purposely go knock each other and see who more beng, then that is more on egoism accident. I will take it as a pinch of salt, but some old man are lau gui, very rich hor, of course kena hit sure act poor lah, if I am the old man, I said, $300, if not my workshop, I paid for the repair and give you $100 for your time...lai lai sin ming..
