Why pax always ask me how long it takes

Pax asking you because they see you up mah, like you go clinic you ask the doctor, how long can the virus go away, doctor say, maybe 4 days, but you hv to take the medicine, if still not well, come see me again, I give you antibotic and try. So you listen to the doctor advices right, then you pay him too, so to some paxs, they see u as a professional on the road and can at least estimate the time of travelling given a particular hours, like peak and non peak also different timming mah. Never worry about all these, take it as a compliment, and you shall drive on more happily

most probably they behind time liao (tts y need a cab wat)
so need to see how long to get to their destination....
(are they late or very late)if u are xperienced enough, u will agah agah know the journey need how long

They likely need to time their arrival to inform someone else.
They use ETA to ensure u don't take longer than that

Silor, but usually are those lau char bor who make up too long, then keep looking at the mirror, then suddenly..wha! aiyo late for dating liao..then because of cheapo mentality, never want to book a cab, go roadside and fight with other over a cab, end up hair messy, lipstick drip off one side, eyes shadow also different in color for both eyes. Once on board only,..uncle Plaza Singapura? Uncle bowah smell that cheap perfume..phuiXX.. Then rise her voice again, UNCLE!!! Plaza Singapura!!! Uncle bowah look at her and roll his eyes She got angried, Uncle PLAZA SINGAPURA!! you deaf or what? Then Uncle bowah speak up, Miss ar...I am Uncle Bowah, no Uncle Plaza Singapura leh.

Whenever they ask me that question means I have to speed. But if I kena summon, I lose more than 3 days rental. $150.
One lady ask me go Jurong Point in 15 mins so I speed and reach in time. Then she forgot her wallet. I got to stop meter than wait for her friend bring money. Kana sai. Then she still late due to her own fault.

Then as you wait, can chit chat with her mah, at the same time, meter still running mah, then ask her if your service good or not? then she said..good, then ask her can make a good comment on you on yr taxi company's feedback website, give her the website, then she commented good, very good drive I met today, due to late.... Then you can get Voucher mah

Yalor, to tell you frankly, those Cdg driver who came and get award are usually those very thick skin one, they ask customers to help them to write about their good service to Cdg. They came, take rewards and took photos, most of them got those character that resemble my former chief and bro keepthechange, seibei barr one, skin thicker than elephant, good persuasive power with a roti prata tongue..most TD are not like them. You must learn from them ok, you think those get reward one really paxs praise them ar??LJ lah, they ask pax to write, then give pax some discount.

Lesson learned from my former chief, he was once a cdg top driver, top award holder, top discipline and service driver, then one day, just one mistake he make only, cdg pok him...so better be more down to earth lah, want award, work harder, then maybe later can reward yourself with a bak bak as award better..smlj cdg award..phui -

Bak baks leave them to you to handle..

Ah soh ar...it is not a matter of fine, fine only, limpeh got money to pay, it is the matter of demerit points, knn, limpeh left 6 points only hor...dun play play, pax can paid yr fine, but points..how to pay?
