Foul languages pax

Dear senior taxi comrade,
I just pass my TDVL test yesterday and ready to be a TD on the road. There is one problem which is still lingering in my mind. I hope you guys can share with me on how you will handle the situation where pax starts to scold you with "knnbccb" and all sorts of foul words.

Continuing serving him, if actions comes, report HQ. apologise to him if need to.

Of cos there is no basis for using foul language, unless these thgs happen, u take wrong or longer route, u don, t know how to go to his destination, or u keep quiet, when he ask u questions

from day one wen i started to drive taxi,I just follow one simple rule
wen pax step into taxi,
1st thing must ask which route they prefer
2nd if pax say dunno or say anyway,make sure u tell them which route u taking
3rd if u dunno the way just tell pax u dunno n ask them to take another cab(some knnccb pax will never guide u even if they know the way,real experience which I kena many many times)
all tis must be done b4 press meter
just don't keep quiet n drive
i strongly think all tis unnecessary disputes can be avoided only if u open your golden mouth n ask ,case close
tis method works for me but not sure it works for others,no harm trying

If Knnbccb for me I just whack first talk later. So far only 2 kanna from me. Both drunk liao. This only apply to drunkard because they dunno what hit them. Of course must collect fare first lah.

As I'd said before, being a TD, we must always protect and preserve our dignity and self-esteem at all cost. If the pax become violent by throwing vulgarities at us, we should politely ask him to stop this verbal abuse immediately. If he continues with this criminal intimidation, just drive to the nearest police station. If you have a vid-cam, you can also use it's audio function as evidence. Many MNC has a policy of not serving such abusive customers on their customer frontline service staff. Walk to any ESSO stations and you'll see signboards about such practice. This matter should come under the purview of NTA. So far, have they initated such policy or state their concern on behalf of the interest of TDs? Really jiak liow bee... only collect membership fee... shake leg and live in ivory tower. Their mentality is boh tai chi, don't kar cheow me

pls dont loon for KNNBCCB!
we got mother father n family
we dont carry mother cb inside our taxi n go around sg to let ppl fuck around!
same the pax also never carry his mother cb into yours taxi n let u fuck!
if happen u met this type of pax
if can fuck back or 1-1....carry on
if not slience n drive to nearby police station!
if no knnbccb n u did something wrong
like go wrong way or longer route
every ppl will make mistake,right?
say sorry..n give discount,
if totally send wrong place
pls dont collect fare lah!
if u loon.... they will think all td can knnbccb n do it to another td!

i'm driving blue sonata, ever got pax mentiontion abt my mom and i pulled over to one side, f him all to my hearts' contend then ask him to get out of my site b4 i get wild, he LL get out of my cab, i'm only 52kg 166cm, don't try me, i was a light fly weight champion in artillery formation......if he is biggger, i m ready to feed him with my heavy load tocthlight, nothing to loose, not my first time in jail anyway...............
