When pax complain to taxi coy, how the hell LTA will know? most time will cover up with what you say "voucher" la....
But if pax complain directly to LTA, different story liao hor....
LTA will only inform taxi coy in a courtesy manner, taxi coy must co-operate and provide whatever info LTA need hor....
LTA don't give voucher hor, if got give, limpek sure 1st to shoot them jiak lut jiak lut, knn goberment servant leh.....
And nowadays, most people prefer to lodge complain directly to LTA Taxi Enforcement Department hor....

Just let you know abit that LTA and top cabbies bosses alway hv 2 meetings per week at sin ming, very near cdg hor. The agenda are mostly on pax complain, documentation, rules and regulation changes, so when LTA told cdg, hey, you got one guy complain these and that? how? Cdg will said, we had dismissed the cabby (punishment done), here is a few voucher for the complainers.

Look, brother brother, LTA officer are very well train in human psychology, they got training and people developer every year one hor, and that play a part in their appraisal and annual increment (AI) + promotion.

Many TD after getting their TDVL, almost forgot, what's the 1st step they must do before even taking taxi courses.....
During my TDVL course my instructor advice is LTA very rich so don't give them any money (kena fine), so drive carefully and don't break any rules. Recent rule is 6pts straight = 2 weeks suspension.
Also he mentioned that if kena suspension usually taxi co may avoid or even won't rent out the car to you (cos you likely give them trouble with LTA), many ppl on queue so by the time suspension ends no more vehicle available. Now is the taxi co market not the hirer's. True ar?
