Incident: Pax gave wrong place, refuse to drop unless uturn

this friend was sharing at the airport, he now dunno if kanna complain. he pick up big size angmoh from furama. then angmoh say go holland v. my friend on the way almost reach tio booking pickup from ghim moh. but at the very last min that angmoh look up and say dam he wanted to dempsey! my friend say he cannot, becos got booking wait him. the angmoh start sound angry and sarcastic, like meaning he customer is biggest, cannot throw him anywhere, must finish the whole trip. so my friend LL uturn back to dempsey. not only that, that angmoh dunno the exact address at demsey! he gave my friend the phone number, wants him to drive and call using his hp and confirm address and reservation!! the angmoh still sarcastic say drivers should be professional and knowledgeable ma heng heng my friend arga correct the final address and drop off angmoh..but by the time he drop, the other booking already call in to kpkb. becos late over 20min! like that how

Thankfully this wasn't a chinese,indian or Indonesian. otherwise the respective countries would have been slammed.

he press booking for fark? STC better dun anyhow use, and you can alway call back company mah, can tell the angmo the true, if he insist, tell him that you need to call back company, he will understand and maybe appreciate the TD effort.
As TD on public, we must alway learn to think wisely and appriopriately for a win win situation, pax on call get another taxi, company also happy for TD responsibility to call back, pax in his taxis also happy with TD attitude, responsiblie and effort.
Learn to think wisely before saying no, not just outright reject pax, sure they get angry, use proper tone and explain properly, people will understand, unless those from ...eh...china...indian...oops

Driver hotline (separated number) suppose to be meant for drivers to call for assistant 1.....
Last time, if those cb operators dare to don't answer my call (they got caller ID, they will know who call).....

Everyday, 1st charge Rental, 2nd charge than family....
Meaning, regardless good day or bad day....
Collection per day, 1st thing must settle rental first, even sky dropping down, still have to settle rental first.....
Becos taxi is your earning tool, without your earning tool, smlj also don't need to settle....

Today I also kanna wrong place by pax. Pick up from Oxley Rise AMK XMM tell me Singapore American School. 8:45M horseh liao, power trip to end my peak hour and back home. Ask her Woodlands? Din reply. So I just whack CTE.....upon reaching SLE she sense something wrong....ask me where we going? I tell her Singapore American School loh....she says no is Singapore American International School....SMLJ? Got such school meh? I ask her where she also dunno the place, tell me is SAIS...KNN lah ask her issit STANFORD AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL? She says yes....So U-turn at Lentor exit send her there $28.60 fare. Lucky bo KPKB....lol

Actually she is not worry about your size, most of these girl are sporty enuf to take you on, but see your hair never comb type, she might think you not so sound, end up nothing to sue due to insanity
