Just now got pax who own private car, say Taxi should not

drive on road on Sat, Sun and Public Holiday.
if passenger wants to take, they should only book for the taxi to come directly pick up from point A, bring to point B.
He feels too many taxi on the road during weekends and public holidays cause unnecessary jam and problems. Actually he also want include Weekdays but he say his wife and family sometimes take during weekdays so he says still ok, since he should be mostly at work and not out driving. This fellow says one these days he will write petition through news or to the authorities.
I keep quiet, but before we reach I see he like keep glancing at the meter, so the last 0.XX cents i just round down to nearest dollar la!..

Just tell him... no taxis OTR on Sat, Sun and PH is possible. Ask him to suggest that the taxi companies to waive all the rentals on these days. Swee boh?

Look, everyone is a master of his own trade, no one can deny that, a dentist specialise in teeth, a butcher specialist in cutting meat, and so on.
There is no way, not even the minister of transport Mr Froggy can know how driving taxis is about except YOU, ONLY YOU!
Even your cab, after sometime, you also know more or less about it problem, you end up like having a relationship with our cab, you know when to sent in for services, you know the noises, you know how much to step on the pedal, you know the handbrake differences and so on.
So, with such background, whoever come in and sit in your cab and start to talk to you on how cab should be driven, the times, the fares structure, just listen, because you cannot close your ears, never get pull or fooled by them. Destination reach, fare paid, fark off liao, talk so much for fark.
Real experienced taxi driver who take our cab you can feel it from the way he talks and understanding us, other than that, careless you similj doctors, profession, engine nears..or ex taxi driver...can go fly kite at ECP

dont know is luck or what, met another one! pick up from orchard.. all the way keep commenting sg roads and traffic spoil by user, but he aim mostly at taxi can tell. say if authority can cut down a lot or half taxi, the traffic will improve a lot. users will also be more polite and everyone will be on time. ask him what he drive. he say MB..then ask why no drive leh..say because he fedup with drivers la what else (but again aim mostly at td) before he drop, he strongly suggest the authority should adjust the traffic rule for right of way for something like big car big brand owners first, then follow by background like past record and references, then follow by common commercial use..meaning taxi and vans and lorrys must give way automatically.. after hearing i just .....

Weekend jam is because alot of red plates lah. KNN taxi to many on weekends? Try flagging or calling one on weekend see have or not....Lol
